THE RING WELCOMES EVERYONE WITH RA, plus partners and associated health professionals.
We meet monthly, usually at Hethersett Village Hall near Norwich and have a range of speakers, often RA-related but also on other issues which we think might interest members.
But people often say that what they enjoy most is the chance to get together with others who have RA and understand. Tea, cake, chat and exchanging tips and experiences are just as valuable as expert speakers.

Membership is currently £6 a year, plus a £3 contribution per meeting attended towards room hire, refreshments and any speaker costs
